"I was going through a difficult time in my life which included bouts of depression. This depression was interfering with my day-to-day life at home and in the office. Jackie helped me get to a place in my life where I found a way to manage my depression. I am still going for my counselling as I find I am discovering things about myself I had not acknowledged before. Jackie provides this space for me where I feel I am being listened to is helping me touch into feelings I never understood."
